This is the privacy sheet for Glidepath, operated by Ruzylo Cloud, LLC. It is written to be read on a bad day, so it is short and it says what happens rather than what we reserve the right to do.
Your figures: we never have them
Savings, severance, your old salary, your monthly burn, the COBRA quote — every number you type into the calculator is used where you typed it. The arithmetic runs on the page in front of you and the figures are not transmitted to us, which means there is no copy on a server, no row in a database, and nothing to hand over.
That is a property of how the thing is built, not a policy we are choosing to keep. We cannot read your figures, cannot restore them, and cannot be compelled to produce them. If you clear your browser data or close the page, they are gone, and we could not get them back for you either.
What we do receive
- An email address, if you choose to join the register — the only personal data our servers hold, kept on our own ledger and used once, on the day Glidepath ships.
- Ordinary server logs: IP address, browser user-agent, and which pages were requested. Kept no longer than thirty days and used to keep the site up and to spot abuse.
- Nothing else. There is no account to create, no profile behind it, and no analytics or advertising SDK on any page of this site.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data. Not to insurers, not to health-plan brokers, not to job boards, recruiters, résumé services, lenders, or data brokers — the entire category of business that finds a recently laid-off person valuable. There is no affiliate program here, so there is nothing for that data to be worth to us.
We do not attach anything to your register entry. The email address is not linked to a figure you entered, a runway you calculated, or a page you read, because we do not have those to link it to.
When there is something to buy
Glidepath is not priced yet and nothing on this site can be purchased today. When there is a price it is published on the landing page before launch, and payment is handled by the app store or a payment processor — we never receive or store card details. This sheet is updated at that point rather than written speculatively now.
Your rights
Write to privacy@ruzylo.dev and we will delete your register entry, which is the only personal record we hold. Depending on where you live you may have further rights of access, correction, portability and objection — ask and we will honour them, which for a ledger of email addresses is a short conversation.
There is no request you can send us about your financial figures, because there is nothing on our side to access, correct, or delete. Deleting those is entirely yours to do, on your own device.
If we shut down
Nothing you have calculated depends on us continuing to exist. A tool that holds none of your data cannot take any of it with it when it goes, which is one of the few genuine advantages of building it this way.
Changes to this sheet
If this sheet changes, the change is published here with a new effective date. The on-device promise above is not a thing we will quietly weaken later — if it ever had to change, it would be announced plainly rather than edited in.
